Aarti Bajaj, Delivery Manager – YOOX Net-a-Porter Group
Aarti Bajaj is a Delivery Manager at YOOX NET-A-PORTER GROUP. She joined the Group in 2009 as a Technical Project Manager before taking on her current role as Software Delivery Manager. Aarti is responsible for managing the work of developers and test analysts. She also works closely with product owners ensuring that the technical and business priorities are met according to the Group’s roadmap. Aarti Bajaj graduated Royal Holloway with a Bachelor’s degree in Computing and Management as well as a Master’s degree in Information Security.
Isabel Briant Associate iOS Developer – YOOX NET-A-PORTER GROUP
Isabel Briant is an Associate iOS Developer at YOOX NET-A-PORTER GROUP. As part of her current role, Isabel is responsible for working closely with developers, designers, testers and product owners to write testable code with appropriate architecture towards the delivery of new iOS features. She joined the Group in 2016 as part of the Technology Graduate Scheme. During the first 12 months, Isabel broadened her programming skills while rotating in various technology teams before specialising as an iOS developer last year. Isabel graduated University of Leeds with a Bachelors in Music, Multimedia & Electronics.
Minh Giang, Delivery Manager – YOOX NET-A-PORTER GROUP






Minh Giang is a Delivery Manager at YOOX NET-A-PORTER GROUP (YNAP). She joined the Group in 2012 as a Web Developer and became a Full Stack Developer before taking on her current role. Minh is responsible for managing the work of developers and test analysts. She also works closely with product owners ensuring that the technical and business priorities are met according to the Group’s roadmap.

Prior to joining YNAP, Minh worked in a variety of roles including as a dental nurse, a test analyst and in customer support before realising Front End was her passion.

Minh graduated University of Sidney with a Bachelors in Information Technology.

Dawn Graham, Head of IT, Nuclear – Rolls-Royce
Dawn has been with Rolls-Royce for almost 7 years. “I was looking for a company which would value my contribution, value me as an individual, and be able to offer me an exciting opportunity to grow my skills. I certainly found it with Rolls-Royce and I have learned much more than expected. “ She is now Head of IT for Nuclear. Whilst it may be a small sector in comparison, the significance to the Rolls-Royce business cannot be underestimated. For the Submarines business, we make the best nuclear-powered Submarine engines in the world. As a Civil Nuclear business, the opportunities for growth are significant. Dawn sees the challenge is to ensure these two differing requirements are understood and managed appropriately within IT. Protection of data is key; as is the ability to grow within the constraints of affordable IT. And for IT to adapt to that growth appropriately.
Graham Kellen, Chief Digital Officer – Schroders
Graham Kellen is the Chief Digital Officer at Schroders where he is globally responsible for leading teams dedicated to the digital enablement of a 200 year old Investment and Wealth manager. These teams include Innovation, Fintech engagement, Robotics, AI/machine learning, data insights and analytics, Employee collaboration and Mobile application development. Graham has extensive IT and Digital experience gained from nearly 20 years working in strategic roles within FinTech, Hedge Funds, Investment Banking and Asset/Wealth Management technology. Graham joined Schroders in 2013 from FRM, part of Man Group, where he was a Digital strategist & CTO and gained first hand business experience working on client solutions supporting intermediary, institutional and sovereign wealth hedge fund sales globally by devising a digital client service strategy instrumental in the acquisition, retention and servicing of Billion $ mandates. Graham studied Electronic engineering at Brookes University, Oxford and has an MBA from the OUBS.

Stacey has worked at the Guardian for ten years, nine of which have been on the government team. During her career at the Guardian, there has been immense change for all media outlets, and the way the sector interacts with a professional audience has changed dramatically. Stacey has been at the vanguard of the migration from print to digital, through to the sponsorship and delivery of content and events. She has recently been promoted to a new role overseeing all business partnerships. Stacey is passionate about championing women in the workplace, and recognises the need for a network of women to support and mentor each other in business environments.

CarrieI am the Regional Graduate Lead for the UK at Salesforce, responsible for all of our UK based graduates who enter into the Customer Success and Growth part of our organisation. My journey at Salesforce began working in the field, managing a small set of enterprise customers, helping them drive business value and reach their goals. Through spending time with customers it was clear to me that bringing innovative thinking and fresh ideas to them would be key to our success and growth, and I’m privileged to be part of that through the creation and leadership of the Success Graduate program in London. Prior to joining Salesforce, I worked at Microsoft for 4.5 years, where I began my own graduate journey, first as a Technical Account Manager before eventually specialising in Organisational Change Management consulting.

Philippa Tucker is Head of Communities at CodeFirst:Girls (CFG), a multi-award winning social enterprise which helps women enter the world of tech. CFG runs coding/IT courses (including Web dev, Ruby & Python), career development events, and advise companies on tech talent recruitment and retention. Philippa joined CFG in September 2017, having run a data analytics start-up, Mettle Consulting, for 4 years, together with her husband. At CFG she is responsible for building the CFG community, including learners, instructors and Universities hosting the coding courses. She switched into tech in 2012, having previously worked in public affairs and transatlantic relations.

Charlotte is the Head of Innovation and Fintech Alliances at Schroders, responsible for their innovation approach both in terms of building capabilities, and also externally, looking to identify and work with startups relevant to Schroders’ business priorities. Prior to this Charlotte was at Elixirr, a boutique consultancy where she worked with many Financial Services companies, predominantly in technology and innovation. She spent most of last year based in Silicon Valley, building a network of Venture Capital firms, accelerators / incubators and startups. She graduated from the University of Cambridge with a first class degree in Biological Natural Sciences, specialising in Neuroscience followed by a year of Management Studies.
