Irene Boni, Ad Interim Chief Technology Officer - YOOX NET-A-PORTER GROUP

Irene Boni graduated in Political Economics from the Alma Mater Studiorum University of Bologna and obtained an MBA from Columbia University. Ms Boni started her professional career in the Marketing department at Procter & Gamble and, in 2005, joined McKinsey & Company as a strategic consultant across various sectors, including luxury and retail. In 2010, she joined YOOX S.p.A. in the Office of the CEO and, in 2012, she took on the role of New Business Director. In July 2014, Irene took on the role of Co- General Manager responsible for the Technology, Logistics, HR and Organisation functions. In July 2015 Irene Boni took the role of PMI & Operational Excellence Director to ensure focus on the integration process between the YOOX Group and The Net-A-
Porter Group.

Irene was promoted to Co-Chief Operating Officer in 2018, working directly with Olivier Schaeffer, the Group’s COO and later took on the role of Ad Interim Chief Technical Officer, overseeing the Group’s Technology Team spread across London and Zola Predosa (Bologna), Italy.

Demi Champney, Data Science - DWP Digital


Demi Champney joined the Department for Work and Pensions in 2014 on the Civil Service Statistician Fast Stream. She has worked in a number of areas including Child Maintenance and Private Pensions. Demi currently leads on the publication of Universal Credit Official Statistics and has completed a Part Time MSc Data Science. She has recently taken on a role in the Universal Credit Full Service Data Team as a Senior Data Scientist.

Sophie Harrison joined Arm in 2016 to work on the scaled Agile Transformation for IT, leading, training and coaching of over 200 people in addition to supporting the central transformation programme. Sophie has since coached a number of Agile initiatives across the company, inclusive of those outside of IT as well as working as a Agile Programme Manager.

Jennifer Opie, Incident Manager - Rollys-Royce

I am into my 5th year at Rolls-Royce now, I have a long history working in IT service Management primarily in Major Incident.

I started with CDS/Digital in which I designed and implemented both the Incident Management and Major Incident Management processes.

Last year I re-launched the Change Management process which saved the business over £120,000 in resource hours through stripping the process back simplifying it and automated what we could via the toolset.

I am also the Rolls-Royce Group IT process owner for Incident, Major Incident Management and Change Management.
